src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> Yes, we can. Joomla FrontPage will automatically list all new content items that have been set to the frontpage. You can also make a static page as your site FrontPage. Here's the recipe: We will use a not-enough known fact, that Joomla shows as the default frontpage the first item in the "mainmenu". (In fact you should know, that you must have a menu named "mainmenu" for proper Joomla operation). First go to your Joomla backend, and create a new static page from Content -> Static Content Manager menu. Click "New" to create a new static content. Click on the "Parameters" tab and change all necessary option in it if you want to change the way the static content look like. If you're done click on the "Save" button. Now we go on to the Menu-mainmenu, unpublish your "Home" menu. Create a new menu by clicking the "New" button. Choose Link - Static Content as you link type and then click "Next" to go to the "Add Menu Item :: Link - Static Content" page. On the "Name" column just type "Home" (without quotes) and choose your the static content you've just created a minute ago from the "Static Content" list, don't change anything in the "On Click, open" list. On the "Parent Item" choose Top, on the "Access Level" choose Public so anyone can see the static page, and finally on the "Published" option set it to "Yes". Just leave alone the Parameters section on the right side. If you're done, click the "Apply" button. After the menu is saved, change the Ordering option of the menu. Change the Ordering option to "0 first" to make the menu on top of all other menu. And you're done, check your site, and see if it works. plugin by VivoCiti.com
